How to access it? For now, you could try definitely within Mobile built-in browsers or direct use of Facebook App.
Globe Telecom is now giving FREE Access to Facebook over 36 Million subscribers for three months. Some users already enjoying the benefits, but as a tester (usually just ahead with the promo), I would really love to have this kind of free offering.
Working collaborating with this service, Globe Telecom and Facebook engineers collaborate to give subscribers great experience with free access to Facebook in all mobile platforms or via a Facebook app or mobile site m.facebook.com.
Along with this great news, Globe assures that it is NO BILL SHOCK or Nakaw Load to its customers.

HOW TO Disable Free Facebook
Starting October 31, 2013, Globe Telecom will roll-out this free access service to all its subscribers.
1. Dial *143# and choose FREE FB. Click the link in the SMS you'll receive.
Subscribers can dial *143# and then select FREE FB.
2. Log on to m.facebook.com/free and click "Start now." If you don't have an account yet, creating one is free and easy at facebook.com/free. No email needed!
3. Launch the Facebook app on your mobile and click "Start now." You can start using free Facebook on your Facebook app, or web browser (m.facebook.com). You can use all Facebook official apps, including Facebook Messenger.
Free Facebook is only open to Globe postpaid, prepaid & TM subscribers. You only need a SIM and an internet-ready phone with Globe internet settings (Text GO to 2951 for free) and you're good to go!
HOW TO Disable Free Facebook
- Dial *143# and select FREE FB (usually number 2)
- Then in the menu section, choose STOP (usually number 4)
