NAPOLCOM MANDATE
The National Police Commission is the agency mandated by the 1987 Constitution and the Major Police Reform Laws, Republic Act Nos. 6975 and 8551 to administer and control the Philippine National Police. Under R.A. 8551, otherwise known as the "PNP REFORM AND ORGANIZATION ACT OF 1988" the Commission gained the powers to investigate police anomalies and irregularities, administer police entrance and promotional examinations and summarily dismiss erring police officers.

Now that I am talking about the examinations plus a reviewer let me inform you that there are two sets of tests that Napolcom is usually conducting the exams taken twice every year.
1. for police promotional and;
2. to pass the PNP entrance.

NAPOLCOM announced it's 141 or 49.13% of the 287 police examinees passed the Police Executive Service Eligibility (PESE) Written Examination conducted on August 24, 2014, in Cebu City and Davao City.PESE Announcement: The National Police Commission released the Police Executive Service Eligibility (PESE) exam result last August 24, 2014.

Note:
Applicants shall utilize the online system to request the Regional Office for their schedule on the filing of examination applications. Applicants will personally appear at the NAPOLCOM Regional Office on the date assigned to them, with their printed online confirmation letter and other required documents, for further evaluation.

The ON-LINE EXAMINATION APPLICATION SCHEDULING SYSTEM will be activated on November 20, 2014. The online registration form can be accessed from 12:00 noon onwards.

Napolcom's Online Scheduling System
Here, Napolcom announced its newest online scheduling system that will erase the burden among applicants. The online scheduling system started on July 29, 2013. Just expect for slight browsing problem with the website. For it caters to more visitors in that range time.
