To ensure and promote legit real estate transactions in the Philippines, interested parties ( to be a sales agent), there are few basic facts and steps to acquire registration and accreditation.
So how to check your application?
1. Visit the PRC website: https://www.prc.gov.ph/real-estate-service
2. Then click Approved Applicants for Accreditation as Salespersons (found at the right side of the page)
3. This is the tedious part, you need to check each resolution as shown below:
Each resolution will look like this:
If all resolutions were checked and still your name is not found, then you might follow up at the PRC.
Better yet wait and hope for the best.

Before getting involved in real estate services, applicants shall secure a license and certification of registration at the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB).
Prior to HLURB, applicants shall secure a PRC license and an ID, this might be a little problem, getting a PRC license needs patience as you will wait for months, there is no exact time for the release because of the huge volume of applicants.
Moreover, all applicants' documents in the respected regions will be transferred to PRC's central office for the approval of the Resolution, whereby a list of successful applicants is approved.
